Screen printing, as a profession that is part of my professional life, and within it I highlight the following aspects:
- Understanding the client's objectives and, in turn, advising the client with opinions that allow them to obtain an outstanding product;
- Design and create the photoliths, then copy them onto the printing plate;
- Analyze the material to be printed and then use the appropriate ink;
- Prepare the paints in the shades that the customer desires;
- Perform the printing, applying the necessary adjustments to ensure the printed product has the desired quality;
- Clean dies and other equipment;
- Check the quality of the products after they have been printed.
Screen printing is the ideal printing process for flat visual compositions, resulting in a compact and sharp print.
This can be applied to various materials (PVC, Acrylic, Paper, Cardboard, PP, Textile) flat or round, with bright, opaque, fluorescent colors, expandable inks… In this context, I print on diverse materials, applying the appropriate ink to the material being printed.
