General conditions of the barafusta
These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the store barafusta - estampagem criativa, a legal entity with Tax Identification Number 126021856, with registered office at Rua Engº Ferreira Dias Lote 107 3ºB 1950-119 Marvila, in Lisbon (hereinafter “barafusta”) will operate.
Barafusta's service consists of making available and providing a range of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase the products presented on it online.
By using Barafusta, you imply full acceptance and agreement with all parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you access Barafusta.
If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases at barafusta - estamparia criativa. By accessing barafusta - estamparia criativa, you are committing and taking responsibility for respecting the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

Barafusta informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images, or videos of each product and/or service on each page provided. Barafusta is committed to making its products and/or services available in a clear manner and correcting any errors that may occur as quickly as possible.
Barafusta concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT, shipping costs applied to each order, and any other applicable additional costs.
Information regarding products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by CJP – GIFTS at any time.
Intellectual property
Barafusta is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Carlos Jorge da Conceição Paula.
The content, domain, and information present and available on barafusta are owned by Carlos Jorge da Conceição Paula or have been granted to him, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying, or dissemination of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to the prior approval of Carlos Jorge da Conceição Paula.
The client agrees to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may violate the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, and other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of Carlos Jorge da Conceição Paula, and the latter cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

After payment is completed, Barafusta will proceed with a standard verification process to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming payment, along with the corresponding invoice.
Purchase conditions at Barafusta:
Product availability
All products and/or services available at Barafusta can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as for products made to order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified on Barafusta.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, Barafusta undertakes to contact the customer, by phone or email, as quickly as possible in order to expedite the process.
- Fees and taxes
At Barafusta, the prices shown are in Euros, and the applicable VAT and taxes are applied according to current law and are already included in the price shown.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. Please inform Barafusta via the following email address:

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will be sent for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse it. Barafusta is not responsible for any delays in processing order cancellations.
Barafusta reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond Barafusta's control.
- Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of signing the contract.
Should the client wish to terminate the contract, they may do so by emailing estampagemcriativa@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form available on the website www.estampagemcriativa.com
When canceling the contract within the legal timeframe, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any promotional offers that accompany the main product. Barafusta will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement where the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any reimbursement procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force, specifically Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, action, information, or service provided by Barafusta by contacting estampagemcriativa@gmail.com via email.
Disclaimer
By creating and using an account on Barafusta, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, its confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
Barafusta is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.
Barafusta is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delays or unforeseen events in the delivery of orders.
