How the work process functions
Every project has its own unique characteristics.
To ensure clarity and efficiency in the development of design and printing work, we follow a simple process that allows us to align expectations and define appropriate solutions. 🎯
1️⃣ First contact
The first step is to get in touch to present the project idea or need. 💬
This can be done via:
• website form; 📝
• email; ✉️
• social media. 🌐
To facilitate the initial assessment, you may be asked to fill out a short briefing form.
2️⃣ Online meeting
After the initial analysis, we usually hold a brief online meeting. 💻
This conversation allows us to:
• better understand the project;
• clarify technical issues;
• evaluate materials and printing techniques; 🎨
• define deadlines and quantities. ⏱️
The meeting usually lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
This format avoids unnecessary travel and allows for more efficient communication.
3️⃣ Proposal and budget
Based on the information gathered, a work proposal is prepared. 📄
The budget usually includes:
• project description;
• printing or production technique;
• quantities;
• estimated deadlines;
• total cost. 💰
4️⃣ Project development
After approval of the proposal, the development phase begins. ⚙️
Depending on the project, this stage may include:
• design creation or adaptation;
• technical preparation for printing;
• simulations or digital proofs. 🎨
5️⃣ Proofs and approval
Before final production, digital proofs or simulations are presented. 👁️
In some cases, physical samples may also be sent. 📦
Production only begins after client approval. ✔️
Once the project is approved, production begins. 🖨️
Depending on the work, this may include:
• artisanal screen printing;
• digital printing;
• other graphic production techniques.
7️⃣ Delivery
After production is complete, the work can be: 🚚
• sent by mail;
• collected from the studio;
• delivered as agreed.
This process ensures clarity at each stage of the project and ensures that the final result meets expectations. 🤝
