Delivery policy

CJP - GIFTS offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed when registering an order in store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

● Destination region, currently only for mainland Portugal;

● Weight and/or value of the order;

● Chosen shipping method;

Shipping currently only to mainland Portugal:

0 gr to 99 gr 3.20 Euros

100 grams up to 499 grams 3.40 Euros

500 grams to 2000 grams 5.60 Euros

● Choice of VAS (Value-added services).

Store delivery

When choosing the “In-Store Pickup” shipping method, no shipping costs will be charged.

VAT is added to the prices shown at the legal rate in force.

How order shipping is processed

The dispatch of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after validation of payment.

The order can be shipped by carriers via CTT

The expected delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or depending on the deadline set out in the description of the shipping method.
